PMEP were employed by Alstead Securities to provide full M&E consultancy services for this project. The project consisted of a full refurbishment of the building’s interiors.
Our design service included all M&E systems within the tenant demise and all interfaces with the landlord systems, including alterations to the shell and core chilled water systems, new 4 pipe fan coil units, design of water systems, lighting and lighting controls, protective systems, comms room secure power and air conditioning, access control, ICT wiring, and general services.
