PMEP are employed by Homeland Projects to provide Mechanical and Electrical services detailed design for this project as part of the design and build team. The project is a Residential development scheme of 18 houses and apartments.

Our services included design and specification of the Mechanical and Electrical services including space heating, ventilation, public health systems, Lighting, general services, fire alarm, security and site lighting. Liaison with utility providers including GNI, ESB, Virgin Media and EIR.

PMEP’s role includes site attendance, witnessing and issuing of Ancillary Certificates.
