PMEP were employed by Bennett Construction to carry out the Electrical Services detailed design for this project as part of the design & build team. The project consists of a 571-bed student accommodation building with café, cinema, gym & toilets, media zone, seminar room, management suite, laundry, study area and retail units.

Our design service included all Electrical systems throughout the building including LV distribution, general lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, general services, small power, door access control, CCTV, structured cabling, TV System, lightning protection and protective services.
