PMEP are employed by Park Development Group to provide Mechanical and Electrical services detailed design for this project as part of the design and build team. The project is a large Residential development scheme of 262 One, Two, Three, and Four bed apartments in 10 blocks with associated underground parking and 163 houses at Ballyogan Road Dublin 18. As part of the scheme, two blocks of apartments totalling 198 apartments, is proposed as part of a PRS Scheme.
Our services included design and specification of the Mechanical and Electrical services including space heating, ventilation, public health systems, lighting, general services, fire alarm, security and site lighting. Liaison with utility providers including GNI, ESB, Virgin Media and EIR.
PMEP attended site to ensure quality control of the Mechanical and Electrical installation. It’s ‘snag list’ is also issued on the project.
PMEP have witnessed commissioning of the mechanical and electrical system and issued the required Ancillary Certificates.
