PMEP were employed as part of a design build team by Mac Interiors Design to provide mechanical and electrical design consultancy services for this project. The project was a CAT B fit out of offices at Harvey’s Quay Limerick.

Our service included design and specification of the Mechanical and Electrical systems. The services included interfaces with the landlord systems, a VRF air conditioning system, Comms room air conditioning, MVHR ventilation systems, domestic water systems, public health systems, lighting and lighting controls, protective systems, comms room secure power, access control, ICT wiring, and general services.
