PMEP were employed to provide full M&E consultancy services for this project. The project consists of a due diligence of several office buildings within Dublin city centre. Following the selection of a suitable building PMEP provided detailed M&E design and supervision of construction.

Our design service included all M&E systems throughout the demise, including alterations to the existing 4 pipe fan coil units, design of water systems, lighting and lighting controls, protective systems, comms room secure power and air conditioning, access control, ICT wiring, and general services.
