PMEP were commissioned to provide full M&E consultancy service for this fit out. The project consisted full M&E design and site supervision of CAT B fit out in the building.
Our design service included all M&E systems within the tenant demise and all interfaces with the landlord systems, including all protective services, new 4 pipe fan coil units, design of water systems, lighting and lighting controls, protective systems, comms room secure power and air conditioning, access control, CCTV, ICT wiring, and general services.
