PMEP were commissioned to provide full M&E consultancy services for this project. The project consists of new hotel built on the site of an existing well-known nightclub. The hotel consists of 55 bedrooms, function rooms, a bar and a rooftop bar.
The building is designed to NZEB specifications and includes systems such as general and emergency lighting, fire alarm, power and data, ventilation and air conditioning, air to water heat pumps, water services & waste services.
