PMEP were employed as part of a design build team to provide mechanical and electrical design consultancy services for this project.

This project consists of an Aged Care Facility with 140 bedrooms and support facilities, located adjacent to Leopardstown Valley Shopping Centre. The building is approximately 7,960sqm, and based over 3 storeys.

Our service included the design and specification of the Mechanical and Electrical systems. The services included heating, ventilation, domestic water systems, public health systems, air conditioning, lighting and lighting controls, protective systems, access control, nurse’s call, ICT wiring, general services and TV system.
