PMEP were employed to provide full M&E consultancy services for this project. The project consisted of full refurbishment of the buildings interiors.
Our design service included all M&E systems throughout, including the space heating & cooling provided by the installation of new 4 pipe fan coil units, design of water systems, lighting and lighting controls, protective systems, comms room secure power and air conditioning, access control, ICT wiring, and general services.
