PMEP were commissioned to provide full M&E consultancy services for this fit out project. The scope of the works includes designing services associated with the Client’s corporate policies and design parameters while meeting local regulations.
This fit-out is based over 12 floors and will also incorporate retail units on the ground floor level.

Systems such as general and emergency lighting, fire alarm, power and data, ventilation and air conditioning, water services and waste systems are included.

Integrated and coordinated design solutions encompass requirements of the client, interior designers and architects as well as meeting industry standard Mechanical and Electrical guidelines.
