PMEP were commissioned by Park Development Group for the Mechanical & Electrical Design Services for new combined Warehousing and Office Unit developments in an established Logistics Park in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15.

The design includes protective services, fire alarm, lighting & emergency lighting, ventilation, heating, water services, soils & waste and EV charging points. There is a delivery vehicle charger area that caters for 400 electric vehicles.

New Builds, varying in combined Office/Warehouse areas from 15,000sqft up to 100,000sqft gives future tenants/owners, a high specification in the provision of Mechanical & Electrical Services.
