PMEP were employed as part of a design build team by Mac Interiors to provide full M&E consultancy services for this project. The project consisted full M&E design and site supervision of CAT B fit out in the building.

Our design service included all M&E systems throughout the 3 Floors within the tenant demise and all interfaces with the landlord systems, including alterations to the existing 4 pipe fan coil units, new 4 pipe fan coil units, design of water systems, lighting and lighting controls, protective systems, comms room secure power and air conditioning, access control, ICT wiring, and general services.
