PMEP were commissioned by Slack Technologies as Mechanical and Electrical Consultant Engineers for their new office, located at 28 Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin.

The new office is part of a brand-new ground-up development that will consist of 134,000 square ft. of Class A office space across eight floors. Slack intends to lease all eight floors and will undertake a phased fitout of the project, with the goal of fitting out all floors by 2024.
The new building will be positioned as Slack’s EMEA Operations HQ. The building will be accredited to BREEAM Excellent and LEED Gold standard.

PMEP will be responsible for all aspects of the M&E design associated with the Slack space including lighting, lighting controls, protective services, power, IT services, HVAC, water services, and compliance with sustainability, LEED and BREEAM requirements.
