PMEP Consulting were commissioned by Lioncor Developments to provide the Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy Services for this new mixed use development consisting of 44 houses, 38 duplex units, 140 apartments & retail units.

The project consists of 4 phases:
Phase 1 is a retail unit
Phase 2 is a community centre
Phase 3 is apartments
Phase 4 is houses

PMEP provided all relevant information for planning and coordinated the existing and proposed utilities. PMEP have carried out a detailed assessment of the Part L based on new NZEB requirements. The client was provided with a detailed report outlining the options in regard to u-values, airtightness and mechanical systems.

The project is currently in construction with PMEP carrying out the design of the following systems; lighting, general services, ventilation, soils and waste and water services & site utilities.
