PMEP were commissioned by Alstead Securities to provide full M&E consultancy services for this building. The development involved the demolition of an existing office block and construction of new seven stories above two basement levels. This is a spec office development with sample Cat A fit out.

Services include sustainable solutions and systems to achieve Building Regulation NZEB requirements. Systems include incoming utility services and metered distribution throughout the building, general and emergency lighting, protective services, water and waste services, lift installations, ventilation, air conditioning and 10 EV Charging Points.
