Our Services included design and specification of the Mechanical & Electrical systems. The services included the integration of existing & new landlord systems, modification to the air conditioning systems, new comms room air conditioning, ventilation system modification, domestic water systems, lighting and lighting controls, protective systems, comms room secure power, access control, ICT wiring and general services.

Modifications to existing systems such as air conditioning system, ventilation, DWS, lighting & lighting controls, small power, protective services to accommodate the new internal layouts.
